After 25 years in the upstream oil and gas water treatment experience, Naggs founded Renovo recognizing the need for turnkey solutions with project financing in this critical area. Prior to Renovo, Naggs dedicated 22 years to Veolia focused on treatment of produced water for reuse and discharge. His credentials include six technology patents for the treatment of upstream oil and gas produced water, of which two have been successfully applied in California produced waters. Naggs’ executive roles have included responsibility for business development, structuring commercial delivery solutions for projects, and negotiating design build and long-term operations contracts. Naggs was instrumental in the development and execution of four large produced water treatment facilities for Veolia. He is a civil environmental engineer with a master’s in water technology.
As the vice president of technology for Renovo, Brad is responsible for technology selection and validation of produced water treatment solutions. Prior to joining Renovo, Brad served in leadership, process design, technology development and management roles at Veolia and PavCon LLC. With more than 20 years of industrial water treatment experience, Brad’s technical credentials include two technology patents in relation to the treatment of upstream oil and gas produced water and serving as the lead process engineer for three large, produced water treatment projects. Brad is a licensed professional engineer and was an adjunct instructor at Carnegie Mellon University. He is a chemical engineer with a master’s in materials science and engineering.
Gabriel is responsible for engineering, procurement, and construction of the treatment facilities at Renovo. With more than 25 years of project execution experience in upstream oil and gas and petrochemical industries, Gabriel has 14 years working for EPC companies and 11 years working for upstream and downstream oil and gas companies. Gabriel has extensive experience managing performance-based, lumpsum, cost plus and fast track delivery model EPC contracts. Gabriel has worked extensively on water treatment projects for enhanced oil recovery projects, reuse and recycle projects in the Permian Basin and several wastewater treatment projects for refineries. He is a civil engineer with a master’s in construction and engineering management.
Greg is responsible for management of asset operations and maintenance at Renovo. Prior to joining the company, Gregory served as general manager of operations for Veolia. With more than 30 years of industrial water treatment experience, Gregory is expert in, facilities operations and asset management, operations P&L management, budgeting and forecasting, and safety and personnel management. Gregory’s technical credentials include operating two major upstream oil and gas produced water treatment facilities for discharge in California and multiple downstream water treatment and residuals facilities in California. He has an extensive understanding of the design, fabrication, and operation of desalination process equipment, including MVR and RO. Gregory earned a degree in chemical engineering.
