Rich is responsible for the management of the design build of treatment facilities at Renovo. Before joining Renovo, Rich led the US West Region at AECOM in identifying design build water and wastewater project opportunities, preparing business development plans and strategies, and managing the design build construction process. Previously, he served as Division Leader for Southwest Operations at K & F Electric and Zak Controls, overseeing all daily operations and management of the company, including profit and loss, while expanding the market share. In addition, Rich previously worked at McCarthy Building Company, where he focused on strategic growth, development, and operations of the southwest regional water and wastewater infrastructure business, emphasizing alternative project delivery methods such as design build, design build operate, engineer procure, and construct, and construction manager at risk. Rich graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
