As Chief Financial Officer, Mike is responsible for finance, accounting, and business support services management at Renovo. Before joining Renovo, Mike spent over 18 years in strategic and corporate finance, including over 12 years in leadership roles. Most recently, he was the CFO at Andalusian Energy where he oversaw cash management, FP&A, budgeting, investor relations, and more. Mike also led efforts to source the initial $400 million of debt/equity capital for the construction of a project. Before Andalusian, he worked for Sempra where he directed the preparation and execution of a $1.6 billion 144a/Reg-S global equity follow-on and led investor outreach. Mike began his career at CE2 Carbon Capital LLC where he analyzed the supply, demand, and pricing of carbon offsets and renewable energy credits in regional US markets. Mike graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a master’s in Business Administration, Finance and a B.S. in Biochemistry.
