After 25 years in the upstream oil and gas water treatment experience, Naggs founded Renovo recognizing the need for turnkey solutions with project financing in this critical area. Before Renovo, Naggs dedicated 22 years to Veolia which focused on the treatment of produced water for reuse and discharge. His credentials include six technology patents for the treatment of upstream oil and gas-produced water, of which two have been successfully applied in California-produced waters. Naggs’ executive roles have included responsibility for business development, structuring commercial delivery solutions for projects, and negotiating design-build and long-term operations contracts. He was instrumental in the development and execution of four large produced water treatment facilities for Veolia. Naggs is a civil environmental engineer with a master’s in water technology.
