Gabriel is responsible for engineering, procurement, and construction of the treatment facilities at Renovo. With over 25 years of project execution experience in upstream oil and gas and petrochemical industries, he has spent 14 of those years working for EPC companies and 11 years for upstream and downstream oil and gas companies. Gabriel has extensive experience managing performance-based, lumpsum, cost plus and fast-track delivery model EPC contracts. He has worked extensively on water treatment projects for enhanced oil recovery projects, reuse and recycle projects in the Permian Basin, and several refinery wastewater treatment projects. Gabriel is a civil engineer with a master’s in construction and engineering management.
